All of our rentals require first month’s rent and deposit equal to first month’s rent to get in. Also required is a credit check ($35 per adult) and rental history, income history and personal references. Please see list of required forms in the left column.

Acceptance of pets and smoking are the decision of the Property Owner, and any increase in security deposit related to each will be made by Owner within the guidelines of current Real Estate Laws and Requirements.
