I listed my Northwood Drive condo in Concord during a recession in the housing market. I was relocating out of state for a new job and
had to sell fast. The Main Street Realty team, especially Michael Jr., really came through for me. They diligently hosted open houses every weekend while the condo was on the market. Once an offer was made, even though it ultimately involved a short sale and a lot of extra paperwork and red tape, they pushed to close the deal as quickly as possible. They were integral in getting approval from my lender to sell the unit for less than I owed since I had to sell fast due to my relocation out of state. They provided detailed information to my lender about my property and how it compared to several competing properties for sale in my area, resulting in a complete payoff of my loan at the close of escrow. Although I was out of state during most of the process, they maintained close contact with me and were very responsive to my calls and inquiries. I HIGHLY recommend this team if you want professional, hard-working realtors who will go above and beyond to get the job done.

 Honest.....Professional.....Caring Three words that immediately come to mind when I think of Michael Gourkani Jr. I met him a little over thirty days ago, and was impressed with the wealth of information I received during our first phone call. He realized that I was a novice with regards to purchasing property and didn't even know what questions to ask, but with diplomacy and tact he helped me to realize that I didn't have to settle on the property I was inquiring about. At that moment I put myself in his hands and under the umbrella of professionals with which he affiliates closely. The Team included an Escrow Officer and her assistant, Loan Officer and his assistant, Contractor and his bubbly personality, just to name a few. I called on numerous occasions to ask questions and never---never was made to feel as though it was an imposition or inopportune moment. Find temporary housing. The residence was in Brentwood, Ca. Rent was very reasnable, and the house was HUGH! Only had to stay one month. 3. Move from Bay Point to Brentwood, Ca. at YOUR expense. 4.
